MANHOLE BRACKET + PNEUMATIC TOP LEVEL CONTROL + UP-DOWN MOVEMENTS & PRESS DOWN :

The press down system prevents the loading arm from lifting out the manhole by reaction forces inflicted by the product flow. The manhole bracket prevents the loading arm dropping too low in the tank and is used also as fixation point for the level sensor Detection of product high level is made by a pneumatic bubble pipe. The pneumatic cylinder for the press down will also be used to lift or lower the arm pneumatically

The manhole prevents the loading arm dropping too low in the tank and is used also as fixation point for the level sensor . Detection of product high level is made by a tuning fork – Endress & Hauser FTL 51 GGW2BB6G6C. The pneumatic cylinder for the press down will also be used to lift or lower the arm pneumatically
